Soak In This: Seven Reasons to Take a Salt Bath Today

Reducing sodium intake is often one of the first things recommended to those trying to clean up their diets and become healthier, and while we’re all on board with healthy eating, we’re going to add one more point of advice: That you should switch from eating salts to bathing with them instead. We’re not suggesting that you take your table salt and dump them it the bathtub, oh no - we’re saying you should replace it entirely with a new step in your health care routine!

Bringing salt into the bathtime routine is a time-honored tradition, from fancy high-end salts from Hawaiian beaches or Himalayan mountains blended with essential oils, to merely easing your feet into an Epsom soak at the end of a long day.
